From the head through the microphone into the heart of society:
In this workshop you will make your voice heard! With the help of Dean Ruddock, you create material for a podcast about your favorite places in the city: bunker or harbor? City park or Elbe beach? Together we do interviews, short reports and exploration tours, which we record on the recording device. The result should be a radio show or podcast episode in which participants reflect on public spaces: What needs to change so that you feel comfortable in the city? What places do you like to be? Why?
with Elena Victoria Pastor
BÜHNE is a cartography based on interviews with artists and cultural managers in Hamburg who are not of German origin or who work with the diaspora. BÜHNE is a zine, printed in two versions of 100 copies each, in German and English. It is a meeting, an unfinished roadmap, a dialogue and a collective review within the framework of the B.A.L.L. Nationwide Artist Laboratory of the laboratories at Kampnagel-Hamburg, 2023.
Saturday, 23.09. 11:00–12:30
Sunday, 24.09. 11:00–17:00
In this workshop, Portuguese performer Juliana Oliveira shares techniques and methods from her artistic practice. The focus is on dealing with text on stage. In the first part of the workshop we try out various exaggerated and excessive strategies for using text on stage. In the second part, we develop short stage scenes based on private photos and using techniques from improvisational theater and choreography. We are concerned with what and how we read (in) photos. We productively implement codex, role models, classifications, familiar and unfamiliar things in order to develop the narrative tension of the images.
As part of an app that JAJAJA has developed in cooperation with the University of Bamberg and whose release is scheduled for autumn 2023, the task "Nopping" is the basis of our workshop, which we want to implement with Hajusom on 5.09. with pupils from grade 8. Nopping (from English-no shopping) is a neologism / new word for not shopping or rather shopping without shopping, but making new experiences in our world of goods.
The supermarket is the appropriate public space for this activity.
